The 2312 was a low-power (5 watts 'undistorted,' 7 watts max), two input, volume only amp looks all the world like a Valco made amp. This collection of pictures is the only 2312 I've ever seen. From the limited views we have, I can see no manufacturers mark, logo, or model ID numbers or plates. Aside from the unusual numbering scheme, the catalog listing doesn't use 'Silvertone' in its descrip or titling, which it does on two companion amps in the same catalog, the 'Silvertone Artist (2341)' and the 'Silvertone Crest (2328).'
