Most closely related (as far as I can tell, although the single-pickup look is
certainly more 'Rocket-y') to the Harmony-made H75, 'Our Finest Electric Guitar' said the catalog for
better than 3 years. The 1429 was supplanted (in looks at least) by the Bigsby'd
1454 in Spring/Summer '63.

The 1429 was the top of the electric Silvertone line for the
years it was offered. Each switch turned its matching pickup on or off, and you had a
volume and tone for each pickup; straightforward and versatile. A lot of players
have found memories of this 'finest' guitar from the Sears catalog. A summers
worth of grass mowing or babysitting or paper delivery could buy one (early 60s, remember), or
maybe, just maybe if you were a good boy or girl, Santa could sling one over his
back for December. A favorite on the collector/players market.
